Comment nous comparons

Pourquoi les équipes choisissent SyncRivo plutôt que les alternatives

Purpose-built for messaging interoperability, not a general-purpose iPaaS retrofitted for chat. Guided pilot on your own channels, with a BAA available for Enterprise.

Foire aux questions

Tout ce que vous devez savoir sur les prix. Vous avez encore des questions ?Contact

What does a "connection" mean?

A connection is a bridge between two or more specific channels across platforms. For example, your #engineering Slack channel linked to the Engineering channel in Microsoft Teams. Or a three-way bridge between a Slack channel, a Teams channel and a Google Chat space. One connection routes messages both ways between those mapped channels in real time. That includes thread replies, edits, deletions, file attachments and reactions (reactions are not yet synced on Webex). Enterprise includes unlimited connections across all 5 supported platforms: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom Team Chat and Cisco Webex. Connections are configured per channel pair or group, not per workspace, so unselected channels are never touched. You can add, change or remove them from the dashboard at any time without redeploying anything.

Can we adjust our contract as we scale?

Yes. An Enterprise contract is scoped to your platform stack and message volume, and it can grow with your deployment. Add platforms, bridge more channels or raise volume without re-architecting anything and without interrupting existing connections. Changes go through a brief contract review (typically 1 to 2 business days) to update any BAA or DPA terms they affect. Multi-year agreements can be re-scoped at renewal. There are no early-termination fees beyond an already-prepaid term, so you are never locked into a contract shape that no longer fits.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding assistance and migration support are included at no extra cost, and no professional-services engagement is required to go live. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success engineer for the duration of the contract and white-glove onboarding. It also includes a joint architecture review for complex multi-platform setups and training for your IT, security and end-user-support teams.

Do you offer annual or multi-year discounts?

Annual billing is standard on Enterprise contracts. Multi-year terms (typically 2 and 3 years) carry progressive discounts along with a price-protection commitment. You are insulated from list-price increases for the term of the contract. Flexible payment terms, custom invoicing schedules and pre-paid usage credits are available if your procurement process prefers them. Ramp deals are available where budget approval needs a smaller first-year number. They start at a lower year-one commitment and scale up in years two and three. Contact sales to discuss terms for your organization.

What payment methods do you accept?

Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer (wire), ACH debit, or annual invoicing with NET 30 / NET 45 / NET 60 terms. Pre-paid usage credits are available for procurement teams that prefer to pay in advance against a drawdown balance. Multi-year contracts can be paid annually or in a single up-front payment with an additional discount. SyncRivo invoices in USD, EUR, GBP or CAD, and can support local-currency billing for other major markets on request. We accept purchase orders where your procurement system requires them. We can also issue consolidated invoices that group multiple business units under a single parent agreement.

How does SyncRivo compare to Mio, Zapier, or Workato?

SyncRivo, Mio and Workato are all custom-quoted, so the comparison that matters is capability rather than list price. SyncRivo is purpose-built for messaging interoperability: any-to-any routing across Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom Team Chat and Cisco Webex. It keeps thread context, prevents echoes and syncs edits and deletes, and a BAA is available for Enterprise. For Mio, evaluate current capabilities on the vendor's site. Workato is a general-purpose iPaaS rather than a dedicated messaging interoperability tool. Zapier and n8n are general automation tools, so building a messaging bridge with them means developer setup for threads, echo prevention and edit/delete sync. A first SyncRivo channel bridge is typically live during onboarding, once your Slack/Teams admins approve the app.

Why not just standardize the whole company on Microsoft Teams?

Mandating a single platform sounds simple in a board deck but rarely plays out that way in practice. Consolidation projects involve licensing transitions, change-management work, end-user retraining and productivity loss during the cutover. They often meet resistance from teams who have years of muscle memory in their preferred tool. SyncRivo bridges your existing platforms without asking end users to switch apps. Engineering stays on Slack, operations stays on Teams, leadership stays on Google Chat, and everyone still works together across all of them. You can bridge now and migrate later if the business case ever justifies it, or make coexistence the permanent operating model.

How quickly can we run a pilot?

Enterprise includes a guided pilot (proof-of-concept) on your own channels. A first channel bridge is typically live during onboarding, once your Slack/Teams admins approve the app. The setup is simple. An admin on each platform approves the SyncRivo app, you map the source and destination channels in the dashboard, and the bridge starts routing. End users change nothing about their workflow. Most do not notice anything different, except that messages from the other platform now appear in their channel. Pilots include white-glove onboarding from a dedicated Customer Success engineer, with roles, MFA and activity logging enabled from day one. Any configuration and activity logs generated during the pilot carry over into the production contract. There is no rebuild step at conversion.

How can SyncRivo relay messages without storing them?

SyncRivo is a router, not a store. When a message arrives by webhook from Slack (or any source platform), it is processed in memory. It is then forwarded to the destination platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex, Zoom) in real time. Messages typically arrive within seconds. Message content is not stored on the normal relay path. SyncRivo keeps only message IDs so threads, edits and reactions stay in sync, and files pass through memory only. If you enable the optional retry queue, undelivered messages are held temporarily until they can be delivered. What SyncRivo does store: routing configuration (which channels are bridged to which), provider OAuth tokens encrypted at rest, message IDs and activity metadata. Architecture details are available in a security questionnaire and architecture review on request. A BAA is available for Enterprise customers.
