SyncRivo is not a workflow automation tool. It is a messaging interoperability platform that bridges human conversations across Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex and Zoom Team Chat — channels, threads, edits, deletes, files and mentions. Zapier and similar tools automate actions between apps; SyncRivo does not run workflows, triggers or actions.
No. SyncRivo does not offer a bot framework or SDKs, and messages posted by bots and apps are not relayed across bridges. SyncRivo's customer REST API manages bridges instead: create channel bridges and group-chat bridges, list, enable, disable or delete connections, read activity, and run directory sync.
No. SyncRivo does not accept webhooks from GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, and it does not relay bot or app messages. Use each tool's native Slack or Teams app for notifications; SyncRivo bridges the human discussion between engineers on different chat platforms.
SyncRivo connects to each platform with OAuth2, and provider OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. The customer API uses API keys, which SyncRivo stores as hashes. Developers don't manage platform tokens individually.
The customer API is for managing bridges, not for sending high-volume event streams. Message relay is real time — messages typically arrive within seconds. Discuss expected volumes with us during a demo.
