How to Set Up the Three-Way Bridge

01

Connect Slack

Authorize SyncRivo via OAuth 2.0 with channels:read, channels:history, and chat:write scopes.

02

Connect Teams

Sign in with Microsoft 365. SyncRivo uses ChannelMessage.Read.All and ChannelMessage.Send via Microsoft Graph.

03

Connect Zoom

Authorize with your Zoom account. SyncRivo requests only chat:read and chat:write — no meeting access.

04

Map channels

Select which Slack channels, Teams channels, and Zoom Team Chat spaces to bridge.

Who Uses This Integration

Tech companies with mixed stacks

Product/eng on Slack, sales/operations on Zoom, IT/HR on Teams. SyncRivo means no department is a communication island.

Post-merger organizations

One company uses Teams, another uses Zoom, developers everywhere use Slack. Connect all three on Day 1 without forcing a migration.

Enterprise IT teams

IT standardizing on Teams zoom integration while supporting Zoom-first sales orgs and Slack-first engineering — SyncRivo handles the coexistence period.

SaaS companies with partner ecosystems

Vendors, partners, and customers all on different platforms. Bridge them all rather than maintaining separate communication channels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. SyncRivo maintains a real-time three-way bridge. A message in Slack appears in the paired Teams channel and Zoom Team Chat space typically within seconds, and vice versa for any direction.

This integration bridges Zoom Team Chat (the persistent messaging feature inside Zoom), not Zoom Meetings. Meeting recaps and recordings are not bridged.

That is the primary use case. SyncRivo lets each team use their preferred platform while ensuring cross-functional channels are visible across all three.

SyncRivo requests chat:read and chat:write scopes on Zoom via OAuth 2.0. It does not request meeting or recording access.

Yes. SyncRivo maps parent messages across all three platforms and routes replies to the correct thread context in each. Conversations stay coherent regardless of which platform initiated the thread.

SyncRivo is enterprise-only with custom pricing. A three-way bridge counts as a single bridge configuration. Contact sales to scope a guided proof-of-concept.

Yes. You select precisely which Slack channels, Teams channels, and Zoom Team Chat spaces participate in the bridge. Unselected spaces are never accessed.

SyncRivo tags every message it routes with a unique idempotency key. When a message arrives in any platform, SyncRivo checks the key and suppresses re-routing if the message was already delivered by SyncRivo — preventing the echo-loop problem that plagues Zapier-based approaches.
