How to Set Up the Three-Way Bridge

01

Connect Teams

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 admin account. Syncrivo uses ChannelMessage.Read.All and ChannelMessage.Send via Microsoft Graph API.

02

Connect Zoom

Authorize via Zoom OAuth with chat_channel:read:admin and chat_message:read/write scopes. Takes under 2 minutes.

03

Connect Webex

Authorize with your Cisco Webex account. Syncrivo requests spark:messages_read and spark:messages_write OAuth scopes only.

04

Map channels

Select Teams channels, Zoom channels, and Webex spaces to bridge. Real-time sync begins immediately after mapping.

Who Uses This Integration

Cisco-and-Zoom enterprises

Organizations with deep Cisco infrastructure (UCM, Webex Rooms) that also have Zoom Video deployed for meetings and Teams for Microsoft 365 users.

Unified communications consolidation

Enterprises mid-journey from Webex or Zoom to Teams who need all three platforms synchronized during the multi-year migration window.

Post-acquisition scenarios

When an acquirer runs Teams, the acquired company uses Zoom Team Chat, and legacy infrastructure runs Cisco Webex — Syncrivo bridges all three from Day 1.

IT service desk teams

Service desk teams on Webex or Zoom need to collaborate with corporate Teams users on incident response. Syncrivo keeps escalation channels synchronized.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Syncrivo bridges all three simultaneously. Messages sent in Teams, Zoom Team Chat, or Webex spaces are delivered to the mapped channels in the other two platforms within 100ms, with full thread and @mention fidelity.

This combination is common in enterprises where different divisions adopted different platforms at different times — IT and corporate on Teams, product/engineering on Zoom Team Chat, and legacy telecommunications or Cisco-infrastructure teams on Webex Messaging.

Syncrivo connects to Zoom Team Chat (the persistent messaging layer of the Zoom platform), not Zoom Meetings. Meeting syncing is not in scope — this is a messaging bridge.

Syncrivo requests chat_channel:read:admin, chat_message:read:admin, and chat_message:write:admin scopes. These cover channel listing, message reading, and message posting only.

Syncrivo connects to Webex Messaging via the Webex REST API using spark:messages_read and spark:messages_write OAuth scopes. Webex Meetings, calling, and device management are not accessed.

Yes. Each bridge configuration connects specific Teams channels, Zoom channels, and Webex spaces. Unselected channels are never accessed. You have full control over scope.

Yes. Syncrivo is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA-ready with a BAA available on Enterprise plans. Messages are not stored on Syncrivo infrastructure — they are routed in transit and discarded.

Typically 20–30 minutes for all three platforms. Each platform requires an OAuth authorization and channel selection. No code, no webhooks — setup is entirely through the Syncrivo dashboard.
