SyncRivo maps specific source channels to specific destination channels — you create a dedicated bridge channel per partner (e.g., #partner-acme in your Slack maps to their Teams channel). Messages only flow within the mapped bridge, not across your broader workspace. RBAC controls who can create and manage bridges.

Yes. SyncRivo supports unlimited partner bridges on Enterprise plans. Each bridge is independently configured — different source/destination channels, different message filtering rules, and isolated routing so Partner A's messages never appear in Partner B's channel.

Slack Connect requires both organizations to be on Slack — if your partner uses Teams, Slack Connect cannot help. SyncRivo bridges different platforms: Slack ↔ Teams, Slack ↔ Webex, Google Chat ↔ Teams, and so on. No platform requirement for either side.
