Connect Teams

A Google Workspace admin approves the SyncRivo app from the Google Workspace Marketplace; no service account is required.
Connect Zoom
Authorize with Zoom OAuth. SyncRivo requests chat:read and chat:write — no meetings or recordings access.
Map channels
Select Teams channels, Google Chat spaces, and Zoom Team Chat channels to bridge.
Who Uses This Integration
Microsoft 365 enterprises with Google partners
Internal Teams for corporate IT/HR, Google Workspace for external partners and clients, Zoom for customer calls and sales. SyncRivo bridges all three transparently.
Multi-cloud global enterprises
Large organizations standardized on Microsoft 365 that acquired Google Workspace companies or partner with Zoom-centric organizations.
M&A Day-1 connectivity
Post-acquisition scenarios where Teams (acquirer) needs to connect with Google Chat (acquired) and Zoom (shared customer platform) from Day 1.
Channel sales and partner ecosystems
Enterprises managing partner and reseller ecosystems across all three platforms — SyncRivo is the messaging backbone across the entire partner network.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. SyncRivo maintains a live three-way bridge. A message posted in any of the three platforms reaches the paired channels in the other two typically within seconds, including threads, @mentions, and files; reactions are limited on Teams and Zoom.
This is the classic enterprise split: Microsoft 365 shops using Teams for internal comms, Google Workspace partners communicating via Google Chat, and sales/customer success teams operating from Zoom. SyncRivo closes all three gaps.
Microsoft's native Teams federation supports cross-tenant chats between Teams-only users. It cannot bridge to Google Chat or Zoom. SyncRivo bridges all three platforms — including partners and clients not on Microsoft infrastructure.
SyncRivo requests ChannelMessage.Read.All and ChannelMessage.Send via Microsoft Graph API. These are delegated permissions that require Microsoft admin consent.
Yes. SyncRivo bridges across domain boundaries through partner connections that the admins of both organizations accept. A Google Chat user at partner.com can exchange messages with a Teams user at yourcompany.com and a Zoom user at vendor.com — all transparently.
Yes. SyncRivo supports flexible routing rules including many-to-one and one-to-many channel mappings. You can fan out or consolidate messages as your workflow requires.
SyncRivo offers a BAA for Enterprise customers. SyncRivo does not currently hold a SOC 2 report; we provide a security questionnaire and architecture review on request. Message content is not stored on the normal relay path.
SyncRivo is a real-time federation bridge — it keeps your users in their native platform and syncs messages between them. Unified inbox products require users to open a new app. SyncRivo has zero end-user behavior change.
