Enterprise Digital Transformation Messaging Layer
Enable your digital transformation with a modern messaging layer. Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom and Webex so every team keeps collaborating while your platform strategy changes.

Transformation Challenges
Legacy messaging infrastructure blocks modern enterprise evolution
Digital Transformation Bottleneck
Digital transformation initiatives stall at the communication layer. Messaging silos keep teams on different chat platforms from working together.
SyncRivo provides a messaging interoperability layer: bridged channels and DMs across Slack, Teams, Google Chat, Zoom and Webex, so platform changes don't break collaboration.
Modern Stack Integration
Departments adopt the chat tools that suit them, and a single mandated platform rarely fits every team.
Bridge channels between platforms instead of forcing a migration — Teams, Slack, Google Chat, Zoom and Webex stay connected.
Platform Change Readiness
Platform migrations and new chat tools take months, and people still need to talk across platforms in the meantime.
Bridge now and migrate later if needed. SyncRivo keeps conversations connected while your platform strategy evolves.
The SyncRivo Advantage
Secure Routing Layer
Messages are encrypted in transit (TLS) and message content is not stored on the normal relay path — only message IDs are kept to sync threads, edits and reactions.
Enterprise Identity & Directory Sync
Directory sync on Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex and Zoom Team Chat, so mentions and sender names stay consistent across platforms.
Governance & Activity Logs
Activity log and security event history (JSON export), per-connection admin switches and owner/admin/member roles. BAA available for Enterprise customers; DPA and sub-processor list available.
Messaging Interoperability Layer
Bridged channels and DMs across the chat platforms your teams already use.

Common Questions
No. SyncRivo is a messaging interoperability platform, not an integration platform: it bridges human conversations between Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex and Zoom Team Chat. It does not accept webhooks or API calls from ERPs, mainframes or monitoring tools, and messages posted by bots or apps are not relayed. Keep those systems posting through their own native Slack or Teams apps; SyncRivo keeps the people discussing them connected across platforms.
No. SyncRivo is an additive layer. Each team keeps its current chat platform, and bridged channels and DMs connect them, so a platform change can be phased or postponed without breaking collaboration.
SyncRivo has a customer API for managing bridges (creating channel and group-chat bridges, listing connections, directory sync). It is not a unified messaging API for AI agents, and messages posted by bots or apps are not relayed between platforms.
Only for the human side of the conversation. Monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk or Datadog post alerts through their own Slack or Teams integrations; SyncRivo does not forward those bot messages. What SyncRivo does is bridge the channel where engineers on Slack and managers on Teams discuss the alert, so the follow-up is visible on both platforms.
