Cross-Platform Messaging for Financial ServicesChannel-Level Controls. Activity Log. No Message Storage on the Relay Path.

Financial services firms run Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other tools side by side. SyncRivo bridges all five enterprise messaging platforms with channel-level routing controls and an activity log; keep your platforms' own archiving in place for recordkeeping.

Compliance Architecture for Financial Services

The controls your compliance, legal, and IT security teams will require for vendor approval.

Activity Log

Activity log and security event history (JSON export). This is an operational record, not a 17a-4 / FINRA 4511 archive.

No Message Storage on the Relay Path

Message content is not stored on the normal relay path; only message IDs are kept to sync threads, edits and reactions. An optional retry queue temporarily holds undelivered messages.

Information Barrier Controls

Configure which channels and teams can bridge across platforms. Reduce inadvertent cross-wall communication by controlling routing at the channel level.

Per-Tenant Isolation

Your organization's routing configuration, tokens, and logs are scoped to your organization. Provider OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and an org suspension switch can stop all relaying.

Financial Services Use Cases

Messaging interoperability challenges unique to financial services firms.

Front Office & Back Office Cross-Platform Coordination

Traders on Zoom. Operations on Microsoft Teams. Legal on Slack. SyncRivo relays coordination messages between all three in real time, with sync activity visible in the activity log.

Post-Merger Platform Federation

Two firms complete a deal — one on Teams, one on Slack. SyncRivo connects both messaging environments through a partner connection once both admins approve. No forced migration.

Client Communication Routing

Route client-facing Zoom meeting messages and chat alongside internal Teams channels. Keep client communications on your own platforms without requiring clients to adopt your internal platform.

Critical Incident Coordination

Alerting tools post into Slack or Teams through their own apps; SyncRivo does not relay bot or app messages. It bridges the human discussion, so on-call desks and risk managers on different platforms coordinate in one bridged channel, with messages that typically arrive within seconds.

All 5 Enterprise Messaging Platforms

From trading floors to back office, SyncRivo bridges every platform in your financial services environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

SyncRivo is not an archive and has no integration with archiving vendors. It relays messages between platforms and keeps an activity log and security event history (JSON export). Bridged messages are posted into each connected platform, so capture them with an archiving solution that supports those platforms directly.
SyncRivo bridges the five major enterprise messaging platforms: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom Chat, and Cisco Webex. SyncRivo does not connect to Bloomberg Chat and does not route alerts from other tools; messages posted by bots and apps are not relayed.
SyncRivo does not provide 17a-4 or FINRA 4511 recordkeeping. It does not store message content on the normal relay path and cannot forward messages to a WORM archive. Firms with these obligations should capture messages on each messaging platform with a compliant archiving solution.
SyncRivo's partner connections (cross-organization bridges accepted by both organizations' admins) connect both organizations. A bank using Teams can message a firm using Slack post-close once both admins approve the apps — with no migration and no guest accounts. Keep your platforms' own recordkeeping in place during integration.
SyncRivo bridges only the channels you configure, which lets admins control which groups are connected. For complex dynamic information barrier requirements, SyncRivo complements your existing IB solution by controlling which channels are bridged and which are isolated.
No. SyncRivo does not currently hold a SOC 2 report; we provide a security questionnaire and architecture review on request.
