What does a "connection" mean?
A connection is a bridge between two or more specific channels across platforms — for example, your #engineering Slack channel linked to the Engineering channel in Microsoft Teams, or a three-way bridge between a Slack channel, a Teams channel, and a Google Chat space. One connection routes messages bidirectionally between those mapped channels in real time, including thread replies, edits, deletions, file attachments, and reactions. Enterprise includes unlimited connections across all 5 supported platforms — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom Team Chat, and Cisco Webex. Connections are configured per channel pair or group, not per workspace, so unselected channels are never touched, and they can be added, modified, or removed from the dashboard at any time without redeploying anything. There are no per-channel or per-seat fees.
Can we adjust our contract as we scale?
Yes. An Enterprise contract is scoped to your platform stack and message volume, and it can be adjusted as your deployment grows — add platforms, bridge more channels, or raise volume without re-architecting anything and without interrupting existing connections. Changes go through a brief contract review (typically 1 to 2 business days) to update any BAA, DPA, or SLA terms they affect, and multi-year agreements can be re-scoped at renewal. There are no early-termination fees beyond an already-prepaid term, so you are never locked into a contract shape that no longer fits.
What counts as a message?
Each message bridged between platforms counts as one message — measured per delivery, not per origin. For example, a single Slack message relayed simultaneously to a Teams channel and a Google Chat space counts as 2 messages because it was delivered to two destinations. A reply to that thread, an edit, or a deletion that propagates across the bridge counts as additional messages by the same rule. File attachments routed through a bridge count as messages, but file storage on the destination platform itself is your storage cost, not SyncRivo's. Enterprise has no monthly message cap and no overage fees — this is simply how volume is measured when scoping your contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your configuration data is safely stored for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything or reactivate your account. We never store message content.
Do you offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. HIPAA BAA is included with all Enterprise plans. Healthcare organizations should contact our sales team to sign a BAA before handling PHI.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding assistance and migration support are included at no extra cost, and no professional-services engagement is required to go live. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success engineer assigned for the duration of the contract, white-glove onboarding, joint architecture review for any complex multi-platform topology, and bespoke training for your IT, security, and end-user-support teams. There are no per-seat fees, no per-channel fees, no overage fees, and no fees for sub-processor changes or additional regions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. SyncRivo is SOC 2 Type II certified with zero message persistence — messages route in real-time and are never stored on our infrastructure. End-to-end encrypted, OAuth2 per integration.
Do you offer annual or multi-year discounts?
Annual billing is standard on Enterprise contracts. Multi-year terms — typically 2- and 3-year — carry progressive discounts along with a price-protection commitment, so you are insulated from list-price increases for the term of the contract. Flexible payment terms, custom invoicing schedules, and pre-paid usage credits are available if your procurement process prefers them, and ramp deals that start at a lower year-one commit and scale up in years two and three are available where budget approval needs a smaller first-year number. Contact sales to discuss terms for your organization.
What payment methods do you accept?
Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer (wire), ACH debit, or annual invoicing with NET 30 / NET 45 / NET 60 terms. Pre-paid usage credits are available for procurement teams that prefer to pay in advance against a drawdown balance, and multi-year contracts can be paid annually or in a single up-front payment with an additional discount. SyncRivo invoices in USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD, and can support local-currency billing for other major markets on request. We accept purchase orders where your procurement system requires them, and can issue consolidated invoices grouping multiple business units under a single parent agreement.
How does SyncRivo compare to Mio, Zapier, or Workato?
SyncRivo, Mio, and Workato are all custom-quoted, so the comparison that matters is capability rather than list price. SyncRivo is purpose-built for messaging interoperability: any-to-any routing across Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom Team Chat, and Cisco Webex, with thread context, echo prevention, and edit/delete sync, plus a HIPAA BAA and SOC 2 Type II. Mio routes 4 platform pairs via a Google/Zoom hub with no direct Slack↔Teams bridge. Workato is a general-purpose iPaaS rather than a dedicated messaging interoperability tool. Zapier rebranded to AI orchestration in 2026 and its enterprise messaging capabilities are limited — no thread context, no echo prevention, no edit/delete sync. n8n Cloud bills in EUR and requires significant developer setup to build messaging bridges. A first SyncRivo bridge is live in under 15 minutes.
Why not just standardize the whole company on Microsoft Teams?
Mandating a single platform sounds simple in a board deck but rarely plays out that way in practice. Industry-published platform-consolidation projects average 18 to 24 months to complete, cost upwards of $12M for mid-to-large enterprises in licensing transitions, change-management labor, end-user retraining, and productivity loss during the cutover, and face 40 to 60 percent end-user resistance — particularly from engineering, design, and product teams who have years of muscle memory in their preferred tool. SyncRivo bridges your existing platforms in under 15 minutes with zero end-user disruption: engineering stays on Slack, operations stays on Teams, leadership stays on Google Chat, and everyone still collaborates seamlessly across all of them. You can bridge now and migrate later if the business case ever justifies it, or make coexistence the permanent operating model — many SyncRivo customers do exactly that.
How quickly can we run a pilot?
Enterprise includes a guided pilot (proof-of-concept), and a first channel pair is live in under 15 minutes. The setup is: an admin on each platform grants OAuth access to the SyncRivo app, you map the source and destination channels in the dashboard, and the bridge starts routing immediately — end users change nothing about their workflow and most do not notice anything different except that messages from the other platform now appear in their channel. Pilots include white-glove onboarding from a dedicated Customer Success engineer, with RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and audit logging enabled from day one. Most pilots run for 14 to 30 days before contract conversion, and any configuration or audit logs generated during the pilot transfer cleanly into the production contract — there is no rebuild step at conversion.
How can SyncRivo relay messages without storing them?
SyncRivo is a router, not a store. When a message arrives via webhook push from Slack (or any source platform), it is held in memory only for the duration of the routing operation — typically under 100 milliseconds end-to-end — then forwarded to the destination platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex, Zoom) and immediately discarded from memory. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is included in application logs, nothing is replicated to a backup, and nothing reaches a sub-processor outside the routing path. What SyncRivo does store is exactly three categories: routing configuration (which channels are bridged to which), encrypted OAuth tokens in an AES-256 credential vault, and content-free audit metadata (timestamps, channel hashes, delivery status, sender identity — never message content). This architecture is documented in our SOC 2 Type II report, available under NDA, and is the foundation of our HIPAA, GDPR, and zero-data-at-rest compliance posture.
