Note on "Partial": Tools marked partial have both Slack and Teams integrations that operate independently — the same event cannot be routed to both platforms simultaneously from a single native integration.

Key Findings

Most monitoring tools have both — but they route independently

Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, and Sentry all have native Slack AND Teams integrations. The problem: each integration routes independently. A single P1 alert cannot reach both your on-call Slack channel and your engineering leadership Teams channel simultaneously from one native notification rule.

Project management is highly fragmented

Jira and Asana have Teams apps. Linear and Airtable have no Teams integration at all. Notion has neither Slack nor Teams. ClickUp's Teams app creates tasks but doesn't route notifications. The project management category has the widest variance in Teams integration quality.

The CI/CD gap is dominated by CircleCI and Bitbucket

GitHub and Azure DevOps have Teams apps. CircleCI has no Teams integration at all — only the Slack orb. Bitbucket has no Teams integration despite Atlassian shipping Teams apps for Jira and Confluence. Jenkins has a community Teams plugin but no official integration.

HR tools have the weakest Teams coverage

Workday, BambooHR, and Rippling all lack native Teams integrations. HR tools are the category with the most uniformly missing Teams coverage — likely because HR notifications have historically been email-first, with Slack added later. Teams integration has not followed.

"Partial" integrations are often as problematic as "None"

Zoho CRM, Azure DevOps, and Dynatrace all have both Slack and Teams integrations — but they route independently. Organizations using these tools still need a routing layer to fan a single event to both platforms simultaneously. "Has Teams integration" does not mean "routes to Teams and Slack at once."

Analytics tools uniformly skip Teams

Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Tableau all route metric alerts to Slack. None have a native Teams integration. For finance, operations, and executive teams on Teams who rely on BI/analytics data for decision-making, this is a consistent gap across the entire analytics tool category.

What SyncRivo Solves

For tools with no Teams integration, SyncRivo provides the routing layer via a single webhook endpoint — no custom code required. For tools with both Slack and Teams integrations that route independently, SyncRivo replaces the two separate integrations with one endpoint that fans events to all platforms simultaneously.

The result: one configuration point covers your entire messaging stack — Slack, Teams, Webex, Google Chat, and Zoom — regardless of what the source tool natively supports.
