What happens after you book

  1. A short scoping call. We look at which of the five platforms your teams use (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Webex, Zoom Team Chat), which channels or direct messages you want to bridge, and whether any of them belong to a partner organization.
  2. A guided pilot on your own channels. Your admins approve the SyncRivo app on each platform (for example Microsoft admin consent or a Slack workspace install). The first channel bridge is typically live during onboarding, once those approvals are in place. You then check threads, edits, files, mentions and reactions on real traffic before widening the rollout.
  3. Rollout from the dashboard. Each connection has its own switches for attachments, reactions, in-place edits and deletes, and sender attribution. Owner, admin and member roles control who can change what, and any connection can be paused or removed.

What to prepare

  • The platforms involved and the pairs you need, for example Slack to Teams, or one channel bridged to several destinations.
  • A rough count of channels, and whether you also need cross-platform direct messages, group chats, or a partner connection with another organization.
  • Who can approve apps: a Slack workspace admin, a Microsoft 365 admin for consent, a Google Workspace super admin for domain-wide delegation, and Webex or Zoom admins as needed.
  • Your security review. A security questionnaire and architecture review are available on request, along with a DPA and sub-processor list; a BAA is available for Enterprise customers. SyncRivo does not currently hold a SOC 2 report. Details are in the Trust Center.

Who it is for

Organizations where two or more chat platforms are in daily use: teams brought together by a merger or acquisition, business units that standardised on different tools, or companies that work with partners and contractors on another platform. SyncRivo is not a migration tool. People keep the app they already use, and messages, threads, edits, files and mentions move between platforms in both directions, typically within seconds. Hosting is in the US on Google Cloud (us-central1).
