Short answer: Not for channel messages — and this distinction matters.
Zoom has built a "Zoom" app for Microsoft Teams available in the Microsoft Teams App Store. This app enables starting Zoom meetings from within Teams and Zoom Phone integration. It does not route Teams channel messages to Zoom Team Chat channels. A message sent in a Teams channel does not appear in Zoom Team Chat.
