Short answer: No — not natively.
Microsoft Teams (part of Microsoft 365) and Google Chat (part of Google Workspace) cannot exchange messages out of the box. Microsoft and Google compete directly for enterprise productivity spend — neither has built a native messaging bridge to the other's platform.
